Open registration for the spring 2015 semester at the three institutions in the San Diego Community College District begins Monday.
The 16-week semester starts Jan. 26 and ends May 23 at San Diego City College, San Diego Mesa College and San Diego Miramar College. The cost is $46 per unit.
To meet increasing demand, the district has added 150 class sections — a three percent increase from last spring — with an emphasis on math and English classes.
Prospective students should submit a completed application either in person or via the Student Web Services link on the district’s website at www.sdccd.edu.
In addition to the district’s for-credit colleges, the continuing education program offers a variety of non-credit courses at seven main campuses and several community locations.
As the second-largest of California’s 72 community college districts, the San Diego Community College District serves approximately 100,000 students annually.
