One person was killed Sunday in a vehicle crash near Descanso in the eastern reaches of San Diego County, officials said.
Shortly after 8 a.m. Sunday, the California Highway Patrol and first responders from Cal Fire were sent to 11100 Boulder Creek Road.
According to a Cal Fire official, the occupant was pronounced dead at the scene and the vehicle sustained minor damage.
It was unclear if anyone else was injured, or if another vehicle was involved.
