A 34-year-old man was fatally injured during a solo motorcycle crash near Chula Vista, officials said Wednesday.
The crash occurred at around 12:20 p.m. Saturday when the motorcyclist traveling eastbound was ejected from his bike on Otay Lakes Rd., just east of Wueste Rd., according to the California Highway Patrol.
The rider was taken to a hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries. His name was not immediately available.
The circumstances surrounding the crash were unclear.
