Authorities have publicly identified a 60-year-old woman who was killed last weekend in a traffic crash in the rural southern reaches of San Diego County.

Kathryn Fuller of Lakeside was riding a three-wheeled motorbike to the west in the 17700 block of state Route 94 in Dulzura when a 2024 Subaru Crosstrek exited a dirt driveway directly in her path at about 11 a.m. Sunday, according to the San Diego County Medical Examiner’s Office and the California Highway Patrol.

The resulting collision ejected Fuller from the motorcycle and sent her into a roadside creek just east of Dutchman Canyon Rd., officials said.

Witnesses pulled Fuller out of the waterway and performed CPR on her prior to the arrival of paramedics, who took over the lifesaving efforts before pronouncing her dead at the scene of the crash.

The 29-year-old driver of the SUV and her passenger, a 31-year-old man, suffered no injuries in the collision, CHP public-affairs officer Jasmine Lopez said.
