San Diego police Monday were searching for a man who robbed an adult store in the Midway District, authorities said.
The man entered the Adult Superstore at 3610 Barnett Ave. just after noon Monday, according to the San Diego Police Department.
The suspect “simulated having a weapon under his shirt and demanded cash from the register,” the SDPD said.
After the store clerk complied, the suspect fled the scene on foot, police said.
He was described as a white male in his 30s, last seen wearing a cloth covering his nose and mouth, and a large hat.
