A person was found dead Monday on state Route 905 near Tijuana River Valley Regional Park.
The body, described only as male, was discovered shortly after noon on the westbound side of the freeway, just west of Beyer Boulevard in Otay Mesa, according to the California Highway Patrol.
It was not immediately clear if the victim had been struck by any vehicles, the CHP reported.
