Two men have been arrested after an argument led to a stabbing in Old Town.
The incident began when three men got into an argument on a trolley, which turned into a fight when the three disembarked at the Old Town transit station, according to Onscene.Media.
One of the two suspects reportedly stabbed the victim during the fight, then ran down Congress St. and threw the knife into bushes.
Witnesses identified the two suspects to police officers already in the area.
The San Diego Police Department said they were able to track down and arrest the two suspects and recover the knife, which still had fresh blood on it.
The victim was taken to a local hospital and was treated for his wounds, which police say are not considered life-threatening.
