
At least four people have been injured in a series of gel-type pellet gun shootings in Hillcrest, the San Diego Police Department said Sunday.
There was a total of four shooting attacks reported over the past week in the area of 10th Avenue and University Ave., the most recent of which was around 2 a.m. Sunday.
SDPD is investigating the attacks as hate crimes.
“The suspects were seen driving in a light-colored minivan and described as white males,” the department reported in a statement.
The victims were not seriously injured.
