A 75-year-old woman was has been found Sunday after she was reported missing in Oceanside.
Janet Blackwell had been last seen Sunday afternoon near the 1000 block of Eliot Street, according to the Oceanside Police Department.
Blackwell had been considered at-risk due to dementia.
The circumstances of Blackwell being found were not disclosed.
