
Firefighters battled a structure fire that broke out in Redwood Village Saturday, with no injuries reported.
Units were dispatched at 2:30 p.m. and arrived a few minutes later to 3759 Boren St., according to the San Diego Fire-Rescue Department.
A total of 36 personnel were assigned to the fire, including two trucks, five engines and one medic, officials said. A fire investigator also was sent to the site. La Mesa firefighters assisted SDFD crews.
No injuries or evacuations were immediately reported. The cause of the fire was unknown.
