The San Diego County Sheriff’s Department is looking for a felony suspect who was last seen in the 4000 block of Manchester Avenue in Encinitas.
Authorities described her as a heavyset Latina, with shoulder-length brown hair, wearing black pants and a dark gray T-shirt.
