
Authorities were investigating after crews battled a fire that broke out in an Ocean Beach apartment complex Sunday.
Units were dispatched around 6:40 a.m. and arrived a few minutes later to 4835 Orchard Ave., near the intersection of Sunset Cliffs Boulevard, according to the San Diego Fire-Rescue Department.
A total of 34 personnel were assigned to the fire, including two trucks, four engines and one medic, fire officials said.
No injuries or evacuations were immediately reported.
The cause of the fire was unknown, but a fire investigator has been assigned. A marijuana grow and small honey oil lab was found in the apartment, according to OnScene.TV.
