A 41-year-old woman suspected of committing numerous drug and weapon offenses was arrested in Vista, authorities said Wednesday.
Michell Bucknell was arrested Tuesday shortly before 4 p.m. in the 600 block of Sycamore Avenue after deputies from the Vista Sheriff’s Station Community Policing and Problem-Solving Unit contacted two people inside a parked vehicle, according to the San Diego County Sheriff’s Department.
Sheriff’s officials said Bucknell is a convicted felon who possessed multiple baggies of a white crystalline substance consistent with methamphetamine, a semi-automatic pistol, fully loaded magazines and ammunition, a canister of mace and cash.
Bucknell was arrested and booked into the Vista Detention Facility.
