A 56-year-old woman riding an electric bike was gravely injured Tuesday in a collision with a pickup truck on a Gaslamp-area street.
The woman was heading west in the 400 block of Market Street when the 2006 Chevrolet Silverado sideswiped her shortly after 11 a.m., according to the San Diego Police Department.
Paramedics took the victim to a hospital for treatment of life-threatening injuries, SDPD Officer David O’Brien said.
