
Authorities reached out to the public Friday for help in identifying and locating a motorist who fled the scene of a Paradise Hills-area traffic crash that left a 25-year-old man severely injured.
The victim was found lying in the roadway in the 1900 block of Oriskany Road shortly before 3 a.m. Feb. 17, according to San Diego police.
The man, whose name has not been released, was hospitalized with life-threatening injuries, officials said.
Police have no descriptions of the hit-and-run driver or the vehicle that hit the victim.
Anyone with information about the case is asked to call San Diego County Crime Stoppers at 888-580-8477 or contact the agency online at sdcrimestoppers.org. Tipsters may remain anonymous and could be eligible for a reward of up to $1,000.
