Police are searching for a suspect who shot and seriously injured another man Monday morning during a Halloween party in Pacific Beach.
Around 3:45 a.m. police responded to an apartment at 3800 Jewell St. to find a man with apparent gunshot wounds to his upper body, according to a Fox 5 San Diego news report. The man was taken to the hospital with life threatening injuries.
The news station also reported the San Diego Police Department detained and questioned at least a dozen people.
Police are looking for a suspect described as a Black man in his 20s, about 5-feet-8-inches, last seen wearing a black beanie and a yellow jersey.
No other information was released. The SDPD is investigating the incident.
