Authorities Thursday publicly identified an Alaska man killed in a solo car crash on a rural roadway in Ramona.
Cullen Griffin, 45, suffered fatal injuries shortly after 2 p.m. Tuesday, when the eastbound vehicle he was driving veered off state Route 78 near Rancho Vista Drive and struck a tree, according to the San Diego County Medical Examiner’s Office.
Griffin died at the scene, the agency reported.
