One person was confirmed dead on a ramp to Interstate 5 in Old Town, authorities said Monday.
The fatality was reported at 10:56 p.m. Sunday on the on-ramp to the southbound freeway, according to the California Highway Patrol.
A CHP dispatcher confirmed the fatality but could not yet provide details about the circumstances of the death.
