A pedestrian was hospitalized Tuesday after being struck by a car near a Spring Valley intersection, according to law enforcement and media reports.
The crash was reported about 11:40 p.m. Monday near the intersection of Troy Street and Central Avenue, just east of state Route 125, according to the California Highway Patrol.
10News reported a driver struck a pedestrian, then crashed into a wall nearby.
The pedestrian was taken to a hospital for treatment of unknown injuries, according to the news station. No details about the victim were immediately available.
It was not immediately clear if the driver was injured in the crash.
