A 28-year-old man who had been spraying graffiti on a wall in the Logan Heights area of San Diego was hospitalized Wednesday morning with two gunshot wounds to his left leg.
The victim was tagging a wall at 30th Street and National Avenue about 10 p.m. Tuesday when the suspect walked up to him and the two began arguing.
A short time later the suspect shot the victim twice, then ran from the scene, according to Officer Robert Heims of the San Diego Police Department.
The victim was taken to a hospital with non-life-threatening wounds.
A detailed description of the shooter was not disclosed.
It was unclear if the shooting was gang-related.
