Authorities asked the public Monday to keep an eye out for a missing College-area man with cognitive challenges that put him at risk.
The whereabouts of Robert Gallagher, 69, have been unknown since Thursday, according to San Diego police. Gallagher, who suffers from dementia, is a 5-foot-11-inch, roughly 170-pound white man with short brown hair and blue eyes.
Gallagher drives a white 2017 BMW 325, California license number 8HCG898, and generally wears prescription eyeglasses, shorts, a T-shirt and a baseball cap.
Anyone who spots a man matching Gallagher’s description is asked to call SDPD communications at 619-531-2000.
