A two-vehicle collision Monday has left one of the drivers dead, police said.
The collision between two Toyota Camrys occurred at around 2:30 p.m. at the intersection of 47th Street and Hilltop Drive, just south of Highway 94 near Holy Cross Cemetery.
A 36-year-old woman was driving a red Camry northbound on 47th Street with a green light, while a 62-year-old female in a white Camry was heading westbound on Hilltop Drive when she failed to stop for the red light and T- boned the white Camry, police said.
The driver of the white Camry was transported to a hospital where she died from her injuries. The other driver was treated for non-life-threatening injuries, police said.
