A possibly inebriated driver was arrested at the scene of a wreck in Lakeside Friday morning.
The crash was reported just before 2 a.m. in the 8500 block of Winter Gardens Boulevard.
Callers told the California Highway Patrol that two cars — a sedan and a Dodge Durango towing a trailer, according to CHP Officer Tommy Doerr — had collided head-on, and one had overturned.
One person was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence, and one person was taken to Sharp Memorial Hospital with unspecified injuries, Doerr said.
