A 28-year-old man pleaded guilty Tuesday to conspiracy to pimp and robbery in Santa Ana and was sentenced to nine years in prison.
As part of the plea deal with Brian Lamar Bradley of Lemon Grove, charges of pimping and pandering were dismissed.
Bradley was charged in January with raping, kidnapping and human trafficking a prostitute in the case, but those charges were dropped earlier this year and the case was refiled with only the pimping, pandering and robbery charges, according to court records.
Bradley was arrested Jan. 22 when police pulled over his vehicle for traffic violations, Santa Ana police Cpl. Anthony Bertagna said.
An 18-year-old woman in the car was allegedly being forced to prostitute herself, Bertagna said.
