Police searched Wednesday for a man suspected of robbing a Yogurtland shop in the Rolando neighborhood of San Diego.
The suspect was seen about 6:30 p.m. Wednesday walking in the shop at 6165 El Cajon Blvd. when he lifted his shirt and showed an employee near the registers a black gun in his waistband, according to Officer Robert Heims of the San Diego Police Department.
The employee opened a register and stepped back as the suspect took the money and fled out the front door in an unknown direction, Heims said.
A detailed description of the suspect was not immediately available.
