A multi-vehicle crash on southbound Interstate 5 in San Ysidro injured at least two people Thursday evening.
The crash was reported shortly after 6 p.m., just north of the Via De San Ysidro exit.
According to reports from the scene, one of the victims was ejected from a crash vehicle and sustained serious injuries.
At least two people were transported to a local hospital, according to on scene reports.
The California Highway Patrol blocked lanes during the crash investigation.
