A stabbing victim who refused to reveal how he had gotten injured showed up at a Paradise Hills home Monday in search of help.
The bloodied 53-year-old man arrived at the house in the 6100 block of Childs Avenue about 9:30 a.m. and asked someone there for assistance, according to San Diego police.
When patrol personnel arrived to investigate the apparent assault, the man would not tell them what had happened, Officer Dino Delimitros said.
Medics took the victim, whose name was not released, to a hospital for treatment of an abdominal wound that was not believed to be life-threatening.
