One person suffered major injuries Monday when a vehicle went off a street and landed on a freeway in the Kensington area of San Diego.
The crash occurred about 6:30 p.m., according to the California Highway Patrol, which reported that the vehicle was traveling on southbound Camino del Rio and ended up on its roof on eastbound Interstate 8, west of Mission Gorge Road.
The victim was taken to a hospital, according to the CHP.
