A man was found dead Monday morning just north of the U.S.-Mexico Border in San Ysidro.
Border Patrol agents found the body near the entrance to a commercial lot in the 5900 block of Rail Court and alerted the San Diego Police Department around 6:20 a.m., according to Officer Dino Delimitros.
The location is near the Metropolitan Transit System’s San Ysidro trolley station.
It was not immediately clear how the man died and the incident remains under investigation.
