A motorcyclist crashed Tuesday while trying to avoid hitting a deer on Interstate 15 near Miramar, authorities said.
The rider lost control and crashed in the southbound lanes near Miramar Way shortly before 6 a.m., according to the California Highway Patrol.
The rider suffered minor injuries in the accident, according to the CHP.
