San Diego Police sought Tuesday a man who used a demand note to rob a bank in Pacific Beach.

The robber passed the note to a teller at the Wells Fargo branch at the corner of Garnet Avenue and Fanuel Street around 3 p.m. Monday, received an undisclosed amount of cash and ran off, San Diego police Officer Dino Delimitros said.

Police described the suspect as black or Indian, and about 5 feet 7 with a medium build. He was wearing a black sweatshirt, pants and a camouflage baseball cap.
