The San Diego Police Department is asking for the public’s help in finding a missing man who suffers from a medical condition.

Lance Perkins, 43, was last seen Oct. 23 in west San Diego. He is described as white, 6’01”, 180 lbs., short brown hair, green eyes, glasses and clean shaven. His clothing description is unknown at this time.

According to police, Perkins’ condition requires medication.
