A passer-by found a man in his 50s dead under suspicious circumstances on a Midtown-area pedestrian bridge Friday.
The discovery in the 2900 block of Kettner Boulevard was reported shortly after 10 a.m., according to San Diego police.
Medics pronounced the man, who had suffered injuries to his upper body, dead at the scene. His name was withheld pending family notification, Lt. Ray Valentin said.
The county Medical Examiner’s Office will determine the cause and manner of the man’s death.
