One man was arrested and another was cited by San Diego County sheriff‘s deputies conducting a probation check in the Fallbrook area.

The compliance operation was conducted in the sheriff’s Fallbrook Command area at 7 a.m. Saturday, to verify that probationers were abiding by the conditions of their release from custody, according to Sgt. David Pocklington.

Dylan Glass, 24, who has a theft related conviction, was booked into the Vista Detention Facility for a probation violation of being in possession of drug paraphernalia.

Andrew Slane, 25, who also had a theft conviction, was also arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia. Slane was taken to the Fallbrook substation, cited for a misdemeanor and released from custody, according to Pocklington.
