A 26-year-old man was behind bars Wednesday for allegedly using a demand note to rob a Horton Plaza-area bank.

Christopher Muro-Modesto was arrested at 4:30 p.m. Tuesday, about an hour after the holdup at the Chase branch office in the 100 block of West Broadway, according to San Diego Police Officer Dan Lasher. Police did not immediately disclose what led them to Muro-Modesto.

No one was injured, and no weapons were seen, Lasher said.
