The California Highway Patrol is searching for a motorist suspected of shooting at another car late Sunday night on a freeway transition ramp in City Heights.
The victim told investigators someone opened fire from inside a silver Toyota Camry on the transition from northbound Interstate 805 to northbound California 15 shortly after 11:30 p.m. , according to the CHP. It was unclear how many people were in the car.
No one in the victim’s Dodge Stratus was injured, CHP officials said.
