A 21-year-old man who participated in a string of takeover-style robberies at stores in Oceanside and Vista last year was sentenced Wednesday to 13 years in state prison.
Timothy Michael Williamson pleaded guilty last month to multiple counts of robbery and firearm allegations.
Co-defendant Jaleil Raeshad Thomas, 22, pleaded guilty to robbery and firearm allegations and faces up to 41 years behind bars when he is sentenced May 12.
John Gabriel Gonzales, also 22, pleaded guilty to six counts of robbery and faces up to 10 years in prison when he is sentenced March 29.
Shamaria Gentry, 21, pleaded guilty to being an accomplice after the fact and to misdemeanor theft and receiving stolen property. She faces a maximum of four years in prison at her March 29 sentencing hearing.
The takeover-style heists happened at the GameStop on Vista Way in Oceanside last Aug. 5; a GameStop store in Vista last July; the Oceanside Pharmacy on Vista Way last July 10; and a beauty supply store in Vista last March.
During the robberies, the suspects tied up the victims and moved them from room to room while pointing guns at them, police said.
