A gunman robbed the KAC Heels store in San Diego’s Colina del Sol neighborhood Saturday.
The robbery happened about 4:25 p.m. in the 5300 block of El Cajon Boulevard, San Diego police Officer Robert Heims said. The suspect pointed a black semiautomatic handgun at the store owner and an employee and demanded money from the employee, Heims said.
He took an undisclosed amount of cash and fled westbound on El Cajon Boulevard, the officer said.
The gunman was described as Hispanic, in his 20s, about 5 feet 5 inches tall with an athletic build. He was wearing a gray hoodie and blue jeans.
