San Diego Police continued to search for a teenager last seen near La Jolla Cove early on Christmas Eve.
Jeremy Howard, 19, is white, over 6 feet tall, with a thin build, short dark-brown hair, brown eyes and little to no facial hair. He was last seen wearing a maroon shirt, black sweat pants and no shoes, according to the statement. He has a tattoo on his right forearm of a cross with “faith” written on top. He also has the name “Rashia” tattooed on his left forearm.
Anyone with information about Howard’s whereabouts was asked to call police at (619) 531-2000.
