The San Diego Police Department asked the public for help Friday in looking for a 21-year-old Mid-City man with a diminished mental capacity.
Joshua Collin Gibot was last seen Wednesday afternoon.
According to the SDPD, Gibot is white, 5-foot-3, around 130 pounds, with short brown hair and glasses.
The young man was last seen wearing a black hat with “Rise Up” in brown lettering, a white flannel shirt and black pants.
Gibot takes psychiatric medications and is blind in one eye, police said.
