A missing 84-year-old San Diego man who has Alzheimer’s disease is safe Monday after being found by police officers, the San Diego Police Department said.
Thong Duc Tran was found walking at 4:45 p.m. the 4300 block of Winona Avenue after he went missing this morning at around 9:30 a.m.
Tran originally became separated from his caretaker at the Blessed Sacrament Church in the 5600 block of El Cajon Boulevard.
His caretaker was unable to locate him, officials said.
