San Diego police were on the lookout Monday for a man and a woman who held up a 7-Eleven store in Pacific Beach at gunpoint.
The clerk at the convenience store on Garnet Avenue near Balboa Avenue noticed the pair were wearing gloves as they walked in at about 5:15 a.m. Sunday, San Diego police Officer Dan Lasher said.
The man pulled a gun and demanded money, Lasher said. He then reached over the counter and grabbed an entire cash drawer before fleeing with his accomplice.
Police described the male suspect as Hispanic, about 25 and 5 feet 7. He was wearing a brown and white plaid hooded jacket.
The woman was described as Hispanic, about 5 feet 5 and thin.
