Four men were wounded by bullets fired from a car in the Logan Heights section of San Diego Saturday after someone inside the vehicle asked them if they had any marijuana.
The shooting happened about 7:15 p.m. in the 200 block of South Bancroft Street, according to San Diego Police.
After telling the occupants they had no marijuana, a man wearing a black Chargers hoodie fired several shots at the men, police said.
Two of the men were struck in the body, one was hit in the neck and another was shot in the head. All were taken to a hospital and expected to survive, police said.
The vehicle was described as a tan or gold late-model Ford Taurus and the shooter as black, 5 feet 4 inches and about 235 pounds.
The San Diego Police Department’s Gang Unit was investigating the shooting.
