A woman that was killed in a wrong-way crash was identified Sunday the San Diego County Medical Examiner.
Barbara Lynn Astorga, 57, died Saturday when she was hit head-on by a driver that went the wrong way on the Interstate 15 South in Escondido.
Astorga and the other driver, 51, were both pronounced dead at the scene, authorities said. The ME’s office did not release the name of the other driver. He was described as a Hispanic man from Orange County.
