A head-on collision near Miramar left a suspected drunken driver with a broken wrist, a police officer said Tuesday.
The 32-year-old man was allegedly under the influence of alcohol when he crashed his Ford Mustang into a PT Cruiser while headed the wrong way on Kearny Villa Road near State Route 163 around 10:45 p.m. Monday, San Diego Police Officer Dino Delimitros said.
The Mustang’s driver was treated for an open fracture to his wrist, Delimitros said. The other driver was apparently uninjured.
