A gunman opened fire on two men outside a Lincoln Park home Wednesday, but no one was injured.

The gunman walked up to the 28- and 31-year-old intended victims in a driveway in the 4900 block of Manomet Street near South Euclid Avenue shortly after 8:30 p.m. Wednesday, San Diego Police Officer Robert Heims said. He fired at least seven rounds, but neither man was struck.

The gunman ran off and headed east on Manomet Street, Heims said.

Heims said gang unit detectives had launched an investigation.
