A 27-year-old man suffered a 4-inch cut to the right side of his neck during a fight Saturday night with three other men on the boardwalk in Ocean Beach.
Paramedics rushed the victim to an area hospital with the non-life threatening injury, said San Diego Police officer Robert Heims.
The fight occurred at 9:30 p.m. in the area of Abbott Street and Newport Avenue, where the victim and the suspects fled afterward. The victim was found at the Shell gas station at Sunset Cliffs Boulevard and Voltaire Street, Heims said.
He was uncooperative and refused to give information. A possible suspect was described as a white male with dark jeans, Heims said.
