A man in his 40s was stabbed twice in an apparent gang-related attack on a Logan Heights street early Monday.

The stabbing in the 3000 block of Imperial Avenue was reported at 12:21 a.m., according to San Diego police Officer Dino Delimitros.

The victim was drinking with a female acquaintance when a man walked up and stabbed the victim in his torso and in one of his legs, Delimitros said in a statement, adding neither wound was life-threatening.
