San Diego Police were on the lookout for a man who robbed a Sorrento Valley gas station.
The robbery at the Union 76 gas station at 5706 Miramar Road was reported at 11:25 p.m. Wednesday, according to San Diego Police Officer Robert Heims.
The robber forced an employee to the back of the store, where cash registers were located, and took an undisclosed amount of money before forcing the employee into a storage room, Heims said in a statement, adding no weapon was seen.
Police described the robber as white, in his 20s, roughly 5 feet 7, 120 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black beanie with a stripe on it, dark pants and black shoes, Heims said.
