A water main that ruptured in San Marcos flooded a nearby bank and left several businesses without water service early Monday, authorities said.
The break in the 1900 block of West San Marcos Boulevard occurred about 10 p.m. Sunday and caused water to flow into a nearby Chase Bank branch, according to the San Diego County Sheriff’s Department.
Crews shut off water service to nine businesses in the area so repairs could be made this morning, authorities said.
